Eligibility Criteria:

The criteria for the individual for opening a PNB Housing fixed deposit account are below:

  1. You must have to submit the duly filled application form.

  2. The minimum age must be 18 years.

  3. The nationality must be Indian.

  4. There are also schemes available for NRI(Non-Resident Indians) fixed deposits.

  5. The Minimum Amount deposit of ₹ 25,000 is for monthly income schemes.

  6. The Minimum Amount deposit of ₹ 10,000 is for other schemes.

  7. Documents - The applicant must have the valid documents which are required for the complete process.

Documents Required:

PNB Housing before sanctioning the loan application will ask for some important documents required as proof in support of your application. The documents required for opening a fixed deposit are mentioned below -

  1. Latest photographs.

  2. Identity Proof - Aadhar card/ Passport/ Driving license/ Voter’s ID/ NREGA job card

  3. Address Proof - Telephone Bill/ Ration Card/ Election Card/ Passport/ Driving license

  4. Age Proof - PAN Card/ Passport/ Any Certificate from Statutory Authority

  5. Proof of signature - Passport/ PAN card/ driving license

If all the eligibility criteria match, and you have all the documents then you can apply for opening an FD account.
